Nice hotel, good location, handy for the underground. Lots of good restaurants around so all good. Breakfast is excellent, buffet style, lots of choice. Run out of things to say but have to get to 200 words. Wish TripAdvisor would get rid of this rule

We absolutely loved our stay in Milan, we stayed in the Hotel Windsor in the financial district of Milan during Fashion Week. Staying here, far from tourist areas really allowed us to experience the authentic culture of Milan - the initial language and cultural challenges were more than worth it! The hotel is lovely, we had a really nice room with a huge comfortable bed. The staff on the front desk were genuinely exceptional and helped us immensely with advice on public transport. We had an amazing holiday and it was largely down to our choice of hotel, thank you Hotel Windsor. The only downside was that the old trams outside the window were loud and started early in the morning, this woke me up once or twice - I appreciate this is not necessarily the hotel's fault though!

If you expect to sleep. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! States there’s aircon. It is switched off till May. Rooms are BOILING! All rooms are on main road (sirens, trams lorries) impossible to sleep with window open. Asked for a fan , to be told hotel do not offer. False advertising! (If I’d have known this info would not have booked)

A nice enough hotel which was simple but functional. The room was plain and a little dated, but it was clean. On the downside, the shower was awful and barely a trickle. The breakfast in restaurant downstairs was very good and recommended. The staff were nice enough but spent most of their time in the room behind reception and not actually at it. The location was okay and an easy walk about 20 minutes into the centre. there was nothing really wrong with the hotel, but it was just very very vanilla and struggling to find any excellent features to highlight. The breakfast was probably the best thing.

The stay was excellent. The room is very comfortable, extremely clean. Very fast wifi. Very attentive and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of items. Very good location. I would stay again
