First off, we entered with luggage to check in and no one helped us bring the luggage. They were just standing around. We had booked 4 rooms for 7 people. The room I entered had a huge ball of hair floating around and the bathroom had stains all over including curtains. We requested a room change and the second room atleast did not have pieces of hair around. Our keycard did not work and every time we went out, we had to call the front desk to get into our room. I also saw some red stains on my bedsheet. The food was decent quality in taste but they seemed to be in a rush to remove plates before we finished eating. Overall, I would rate this experience very poor and I will never come back or recommend to anyone.

It was our first time in this hotel. Though a little old it is very well maintained. Excellent room service and very tasty food. The short eats accompanying drinks include local fruits aside from the usual munchies.

I would like to highlight the staff being so nice and welcoming. Above and beyond what you would expect. Nice touches like a thermos of hot water delivered to your door each morning and drinks available on request. Peaceful location but with easy walking to town and numerous restaurants within short walking distance. The philosophy of the hotel is sustainability and ecology and they actually work to achieve this. A good breakfast with choices to suit most tastes. All in all highly recommended. Lovely area on the roof terrace to relax.

We stayed here for five days- 11-6 to 11-10-2022. Cost us only Rs 3012 (USD $37) per night. Nice room with good shower and bathroom. Courteous staff. Buffet BF was free with made to order dosa and omelettes etc. Very clean room and hotel. We were not the only foreigners staying in the hotel.

Excellent and professional staff, courteous servers who do not angle for tips. Clean room, that was cleaned well everyday. The breakfast was delicious, and the best ever spread we have seen in a 3 star hotel. The vegetarian thali was sumptuous! We in fact took a diversion to Theni on our way back to Madurai from Thekkady, just to enjoy their thali again.
