I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful to my family at the time of check-in. They shouted at us and even went as far as to throw our luggage out of the room forcefully, all because my parents asked for an extra bed sheet to put under the blankets because they were smelling. This type of mistreatment is completely unacceptable and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They should be ashamed of their behavior and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know to warn them about the terrible service at this establishment.

I visited with my husband & daughter. When we entered in room we were sacked to see the size of room, bedsheets was not changed it has dtains of food from earlier visitor. Bathroom was extremely dirty & water linkage was there which was coming in room. We were unable to use washroom. We got bedsheets changed (which was also dirty).After repeated call manger send sone technician but he couldn't resolve issue of bathroom. They didnt change room saying all the rooms are occupied. We were forced to stay in room. Spoiled my entire trip.Pls avoid this hotel.Only plus point of this hotel is very near to temple.

Stayed with family for Darshan.(+) Hotel is located near Mahakaal Temple.. Rooms are clean. Hot running water 24X7. No in house Restaurent, However many eating places nearby. Online Booking TThey serve hot tea/coffee 24X7. Pleasing reception/ room service. (-) Rooms are bit small. Recommended for family stay.

Hotel Vrindavan Palace situated near mahakaal chouraha ujjain best place to stayed at ujjain, we again visited with my wife and stayed at Hotel Vrindavan Palace for three days w.f.f. 13/08/2017 to 16/08/2017. near to mahakal temple and best accommodation neat and clean, strongly recommended.
