This was actually our 2nd time staying at this location and the first time we were there, it was definitely a 5+++ star experience. This was due to the size of the room for a family of 3. It was definitely bigger than most rooms you would ever stay at in Japan. I am giving our 2nd stay a 4/5 only because we thought all rooms that sleeps 3 people are the same size. We had been traveling the past 2 weeks with Japan being the last leg and so it was a bit disappointing to find our room to be way smaller. The reason why we booked here again was because of our initial stay. Other than that, the staff were very kind and accommodating. The entire property was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet! They had a lot of choices. They also have a lunch buffet (for such a good price - cheaper than the breakfast buffet price) but it is not open on the weekends. Getting here from Haneda Airport is also easy and convenient because the hotel is connected to the E line (Oedo line). We took the Tokyo Monorail, got off on Hamamatsucho Station then exited the station, crossed the street to go to E line-Daimon Station. Our final destination was Shiodome Station. This is located in a business area so it is a little bit far from areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Asakusa, etc. Each train ride for us was more or less 30 mins including walking to and from the stations. TL;DR Pros: -Easy subway station access -Nice, English-speaking staff -Clean/well maintained property -Breakfast/lunch buffet available Cons: -May be far from "tourist" areas such as Shibuya -Not all room sizes are the same for the same number of guests -There is an early check in fee per hour per number of guests

We booked with Agoda and were told there was a large queen. This was our main request as we aren’t small people. Unfortunately on arrival the room was small and so was the bed.. So even though we didn’t book directly the staff went to extreme measures to relocate us to another room. As this was peek season we really appreciated their efforts. I’d suggest two single beds as they were large and super comfortable. There is a laundry on several floors which was very helpful prior to our cruise. The breakfast was wonderful and there was free drinks between 5pm and 7pm. Very close to trains and restaurants. The staff and amenities excellent!

Comfortable stay & close to Shimbashi Train Station

This is our 2nd stay with this hotel. The staff are friendly. The room was big and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. There are simple toiletries and coffee/tea bags available at the lobby to be picked up. It is close to the Shimbashi Train Station where you can board the trains to Asakusa, SkyTree , Tokyo Station, Shibuya and many other places. There are elevators and lift in case you are carrying your luggage around from the station & hotel. There are many eateries nearby. There is a lovely park nearby too, if you just want to chill in the evening.

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood in the middle of Shiodome. It is located inside a large office building so it can be confusing to find but has direct access to Yurikamome Line for Odaiba as well as the Subway Oedo Line (Shiodome Station) and JR Rail (Shimbashi which is a 9 minute walk). The staff were very polite and efficient and did their best to make sure we were comfortable. They also helped book a taxi for us to Haneda Airport at 4AM who was there on time. The laundry is also very affordable which I appreciated. The rooms were clean and well equipped; however, despite booking a premier room, I noticed that the furniture was a bit dated and needed an update but my friend, who got the smaller standard room, was lucky to get a more modern room. My room did not even have a safe box so I ended up carrying all my cash and passport around so thank god I was in Japan where it’s very safe. I had a nice view overlooking the buildings on the other side while my friend got the lobby view. The wifi and TV were good and there is a video on demand card in the pantry where you can input a code and watch a variety of movies and programs as you wish. There is a Tully Cafe and a Family Mart on the second floor of the entrance which was super convenient. Overall, I recommend this hotel as it close to Haneda Airport by Taxi and also has great connections to public transport. There is also a Don Quijote in the area and there is a lot of food options around the area.

I visited Tokyo in November 2023. We needed a hotel close to the underground that didn't cost the earth. This hotel ticked the boxes. The entrance to the building is grand impressive. Sadly the rooms were very basic however. Not much space or warmth. Nothing specifically stood out. I didn't eat here so couldn't comment further. We would stay here again though for price and location.
