It was my first visit to this hotel which is located near to the Bus Stop and can be reached easily by public transport. check in was easy and no hassles. I had booked my stay through an online travel agency. Beds are comfy and rooms are pretty spacious with large TV screens. Service staff is Friendly and polite. Food is also good. Overall a decent experience at the hotel.

Worst place we stayed ever

We were contemplating between lord hotel and vardaan for our stay in jammu. As we were not familiar with the place based on maps, we thought vardaan was better placed ,closer to ragunath mandir and bazaar (we usually prefer to walk around).As there were mixed reviews, we called up the hotel.they said they had recently renovated the rooms. they have junior suite which has 2 rooms with "2 double beds". So we went for it. Our check in was ordeal. the rooms had musty smell, just sing double bed, the front room also was not well kept. The worse part was the toilet. the seat cover was brown and with lots of scratches...cramped bathroom.the geyser never heated up the water. They had centralised A/C. As it was a very hot afternoon we asked for the remote to switch on the A/C. They would switch on only during summer..bluntly refused. Being right in front of the bus stand it was noisy round the clock. could not even sleep. We checked out 1st thing in the morning. the trikuta complex has lots of avenues to walk from one side to another. lords hotel was right on the other side and has khana kazaana adjoining it. the place was walkable by pakka road to ragunth mandir and bazaar from opp side.

Hello everyone....In our daily life we travel across different areas for different things or for different needs....when we travel we need some good place to stay ....so I will tell u today a best hotel in Jammu for every type of need either you stay for night or you stay for a meeting or something else whatever your need is.. (Hotel vardhaanN) in Jammu,near general bustand...this hotel is good for those who are looking for a budget hotel and with great facilities.....once you travel Jammu city.. you obviously enjoy your trip with hotel vardhaan...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. First night was very sleep less, firstly the gave me a room on 1st floor road side. there was too much noise of vehicle till late night. so i requested for room change. the other room was on same floor on back side, this time the room was near there Power Generator so it was even worst. on the second day they gave me a room on 2nd floor which was a little better. there location wise advantage. I didnt had my meals in this hotel so cant comment. but i wil rate it average.

I love this hotel... this is the best hotel i have ever stayed with in Jammu. The hotel is located in a good location, the food is good and the staff is very helpful. if i had option hen i would have rated the hotel more then 5 Stars. Thank you Vardaan Resort for such a good Stay.
