Three nights in February. Room very spacious and nice and warm, clean and comfy bed. Shower was a good size for a fat bloke like me. Easy to get around. If over 65 all trams and metro are free, yes free, just carry your driving licence or passport to prove age if stopped. Would recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a lack of air conditioning and other unpleasant incidents, which have led me to recommend avoiding this establishment. First and foremost, I would like to address the issue of the air conditioning. It is essential, especially during the summer season, for hotels to maintain a comfortable environment for their guests. However, to my dismay, the hotel in question seemed to turn off the air conditioning during the night. Considering it was one of the hottest summers in Prague in years, this decision struck me as extremely inconvenient and unreasonable. The constant need to approach the reception desk to request the air conditioning to be turned on was both frustrating and time-consuming. Guests should not be burdened with the responsibility of repeatedly reminding hotel staff of their basic comfort requirements. It is the hotel's duty to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for their patrons. Another issue we encountered during our stay was the presence of ticks in our room. Naturally, this raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. As soon as we discovered these unwelcome visitors, my travel companions and I immediately notified the hotel staff and requested a room change. However, the fact that such a problem arose in the first place was disconcerting and unacceptable. Despite our hopes that matters would improve, our experience did not get any better. After enduring three nights of discomfort and inconvenience, we made the difficult decision to check-out prematurely. It is a regrettable outcome when a hotel fails to meet the basic expectations of its guests, prompting them to seek alternative accommodations. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential travelers to steer clear of this particular hotel in Prague due to its lack of adequate air conditioning, the inconvenience of constantly advocating for comfort, and the presence of ticks in the rooms. I hope that my feedback serves as valuable insight for both future guests and the management of this establishment, prompting them to make the necessary improvements to provide a more enjoyable experience for their patrons.

Was put in the loft room with one skylight asked for Two single bed was told by the reception staff to pull the beds apart beds was so freaky that we had to put mattresses on the floor wasn’t till we had to put them back on the bed that we noticed it was full of blood all down the side of the bed was refused room change towels where filthy shower was so dirty no plug in sink then on arrival had to pay extra money for tax but this wasn’t explained to us as for the lift u might aswell take the run down stairs as takes ages refused any kind of refund for the service

Location is good, lots of reasonable restaurants nearby, as is metro. Opposite is a mini market that sells snacks to take with you whilst sightseeing. Staff very helpful and all spoke English. Breakfast range reasonable.

Let’s start with the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, it’s the next day and my neck / back are killing me. The bathroom was no better, broken toilet paper holder, broken shower holder, the shower doors were horrible and hard to open / close, the cheapest stuff you can find. Literally holes around the shower knobs, both the shower and sink drain didn’t drain correctly. I could point out more but let’s just say stay somewhere else. The staff was fine, location was ok but as others mentioned a little farther away than I would have liked. It was quiet so that part was also nice.
