This place looked OK and had decent reviews so we decided to stay. We booked this due to seemingly good pricing compared to other similar pricing for equivalent hotels in the area. We caught the light rail from China Town to Westlake station and it was 5 minute up about 3 blocks to the hotel. Check in was ok. We got there about midday and our room wasn't ready so we nipped down to the Pike market for a look. When we got back and got our room key and up to the room, we found it was a really really small room. The "not enough room to swing a dead cat" phrase immediately came to mind. The main room was small, the bathroom was tiny also and you had to sit askew on the loo to fit in as well. The room was clean and tidy and nicely presented, but it was just small. There was no space to store two standard size suit cases so it was a matter of juggling bags up and down onto the bed anytime you needed something. There was a coffee machine but no kettle in the room which was disappointing. We had to get a cup of tea from Starbucks across the road. The bed was not very comfortable. It had a dip in the side I slept on so it felt like you were in a pothole and made sleeping uncomfortable. The pillows seemed to be OK. The duvet was a little heavy and to warm for the rooms temperature. Hence I didn't feel well rested after a nights sleep. I was over having to shimmy around the bed going back and forth to get to my side of the bed. The bathroom was to tiny and made it hard to move around with two people trying to use it. The hotel had a breakfast included which was a voucher system with a little cafe in the lobby. It was OK to grab a coffee and a bagel or croissant. The staff were friendly helpful and accommodating with assistance when asked. For what you paid, I don't think we got good value for money. If I went back, I would be looking for a different place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with attached restaurant. Clean, beautiful rooms, great communication, very close to Pike Place Market and the tram to take you to the Space Needle. Would highly recommend this hotel for the hotel and the location. 5 stars!

The staff kindly assisted with changing the bed following a late night spill even though the cleaning crew had already left for the evening, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and pleasant and quiet. I will come again when I have the opportunity.

Very disgusting and disturbing to see this when we were pulling out into the alley. Crack smoking and shooting up.

Loved our room and the front desk assistant Manager Colin was superb. Very helpful and accommodating. Coffee bar was also delicious. Centrally located with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Great comfy beds, pillows and robes.
