Linen was old and seemed unwashed No hot water in the bath Very poor quality breakfast Bad attitude of the Manager to customer requests Besides, the rates are very high compared to other hotels in Ranchi

The staff of hotel were not at all interested in attending the customers. We waited for approximately half an hour to just get the information about banquet hall. Then again they kept us waiting for more time to discuss about the pricing and all.

Situated at a prominent location in Ranchi, both near the airport and Hatia railway station, Hotel Raso more than lived to my expectations. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bath was neat and clean. Not to forget the sumptuous buffet spread. I had been here in connection with a school reunion, and the hotel staff made every effort to make the occasion something I will never forget.

I was at this property last month for a business trip. Room space was more that sufficient, bathroom with full of toiletries, All female housekeeping staff and kitchen staff was charming and soft spoken. However male staff for both house keeping and restaurant requires some training because they lacks professionalism. But Receptionist was very professional. Food was good and tasty as well. Its 5 minutes from airport so more convenient for me. Cleanliness is also maintained. I will not mind to visit this property again, if got the opportunity to visit Ranchi again.

Have stayed here on a few occasions over the last 2 years. Great Location right next to the airport. Rooms are of a decent size and well maintained. The entry level room category is a bit compact, but all the higher room categories offer much larger and spacious rooms. Food was good at the in-house restaurant. They have a bar too on the lobby level, that had quite a decent selection of liquor. All in all, a dependable spot to stay in Ranchi
