On taloja MIDC you can find only two decent hotels to stay and this hotel is good enough for short periods and having restaurant with bar and you can have all at one place. Quality of food is good and morning breakfast is too simple only idly with friends served and no other options.

First of all, there is no way to call it a hotel. It does not deserve it. Poor smell of Tandoor fumes in complete hotel. Bad lighting. Rude and adament staff. Totally terrifying experience. Location is in outskirts of the city. You will not find any transport there. No OLA/UBER as well. Insdustrial area.. whole night there were trucks honking there horns. When it comes to food in the restaurant of this hotel,I am completely unsatisfied. They dont even know how to cook the vegetables. Only dal was somewhat satisfying. You can find much better food at all the street vendors. But, unfortunately you will not find any street vendor out there. The location is not safe at all. You will not get any service from them after 10 p.m. as water, beverage or drinks. I would have given ZERO star if the option was available here. It is a kind of lodge. I strictly recommend you all not to stay in this hotel.

Good thing was the hospitality shown by the Hotel and going extra mile to make our stay comfortable, stayed here on a stop gap journey with family. Though we did not announce or made any formal reservations before coming, it was welcoming with welcome drinks while in the lounge, looking at room availability/fit for us. Rooms were comfortable, contemporary furnishing, tv, mini fridge, coffee maker. The food was good, breakfast inclusive. With younger and older members, they could meet our preferences. Room service was ok, we had ordered on the day we were leaving. The staff was courteous, good stay overall.

Stay was Pathetic... would have given 0 ranking if the option was available. Had called the reception two days in advance to check if rooms with bathtub were available. I was informed By Mr. Naren that they do have & will be provided at the time of check inn. At the time of check inn we were made to wait for half an hour as the receptionist was not aware of our request & the one i spoke to was on lunch break. He was very rude & behaved as if he doesn't care. He even told us its better you speak to the one you spoke before on the phone. There was no AC in the lobby which nearly killed us as it was around 02:00 PM in the after. Fed up of waiting we went to the restaurant & ordered butter milk, which tasted pathetic & was full of water served in a plastic "Bru Gold Coffee Cups". later after half an hour Mr. Naren came and gave us a room. Room was extremely small in size with noisy AC & No Mini Fridge as mentioned on the website. The free wifi was only for name sake which apparently never worked. As it was our anniversary we has planned to call our friend to the hotel & have dinner in the restaurant but we cancelled everything looking at the hotels condition & staff attitude. Our Anniversary day was spoiled but couldn't do much about it. The hotel is more like a lodging service than to call it a hotel. Heard weird noises on the floor as well from other room. Felt very unsafe. Do not go on the photos & facilities provided on the website as it is not the same.
