One of the dirtiest rooms I have every stayed in. The intercom in the room was not working. I was struggling for WiFi password for an hour as there was no way to reach the reception desk from the room. Not worth it

Visited on June with wife. Had good expectations but did not met. Cons Room size is too small. Bathroom is also very small. Even pillow is not comfortable. Overall very average experience based on price range.

Bathroom leaks, grimy electrical buttons

Bathroom leaks, and when pointed out to staff at the time of check in, was told that all rooms leak. Security latch on the door is broken. It was corrected on the second day of the stay after complaining at the reception desk. room couch had cigarette hole and TV remotes could be cleaner. Power switches are grimy and need cleaning.

I would rate Surya Prime better than Surya Royal The deluxe and executive room size were all the same. The soap dispenser was not working properly and housekeeping just topped up dispenser saying now it wil dispense soap. The dish set up box services were discontinued due to balance exhaust and another set up bos was replaced. The rooms were smelly and no room freshner was sprayed before guest check in. We extended our stay in which executive room was booked and after requesting front desk, it was changed to Premier room which has wall mirror broken. The sofa corner cloth was cut, the room table where someone can sit and eat was too small. Over all, Services at Royal missed it's name of being Royal.
