Good stay and meals but poor tour service

Meals and rooms good Tour service not good. No prior intimation of timings. Wasted our time on both days. Also rough attitude and not adjusting. Breakfast and meals vegetarian with hood options. That was the best part.

Its a small hotel very close to the main market of Mahabaleshwar, only walking distance. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious with good sleep quality, good enough bath rooms. There is hardly view anywhere. Complimentary Breakfast was fairly good keeping in mind the cost of the room. There was a free parking for my car which is difficult to find in Hill Stations in India in small hotels. Service was good. Hot water in the taps was available from 7am to 11am only out of these timings one can get hot water in buckets, however, normal water is always available. Real value for money, I can safely recommend it.

One of the best hotels indeed.Comfortable rooms,helpful staff,and food is la-jawab.We got BF,lunch,dinner including the rental.Swimming pool added an extra attraction.I enjoyed swimming a lot.Overall praiseworthy hotel.

comfortable hotel. i have stayed with family. and food is awesome. people are helpful and hotel located in mid town only. you will find every thing near by. parking space is bit concern as hotel is in mid town and the street is one way. over all good hotel.
