Lovely boutique home from home hotel

Lovely boutique hotel situated in the old city very close to the main tourist areas of Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque plus the very handy Gulhane tram stop is just at the end of the road for exploring further into this amazing city. We had booked a deluxe room but were upgraded to a deluxe plus sofa with all rooms decked up to look like traditional Turkish style boudoirs with the hotels tag line to make you “feel like a Sultan”. Room was large and very comfy with super fast wifi, mini bar, TV, accent lighting, shower & desk. Everything that you could possibly need plus a Turkish delight treat awaiting us in the room on arrival. The front desk team were super helpful and full of local knowledge. Breakfast was an amazing selection of Turkish food both hot and cold, plenty to choose from. The room was very quiet, the bed comfortable and the décor beautiful. Overall this is a super hotel in a fab location. Highly recommend

The hotel is really well located. It is very clean and excellently decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. Especially Hassan & Ahmet. Thank you to them all. We had a lovely week there. It is very close to the Tram and excellent access to the Blue Mosque, Underground Cisterns and Grand Bazaar.

Great location and friendly staff. Close to many little bazaars. Negotiating prices are a must. Food is much more reasonably priced around local restaurants. I wish we couod have stayed a little longer than 4 days. Hopefully we get the opportunity to visit again.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was so helpful and friendly (especially the man at the front desk who I think was named Sameh). The location was near so many places that we wanted to visit and in a very picturesque area. The room was charming with many extras, special Turkish treats and a description of the woman pictured above the bed. The breakfast was varied and delicious. When we left, they sent us off with a greeting and a little parting gift.

We absolutely loved staying for 7 days at the Hotel Sultania in Istanbul. The themed bedrooms are so nice and comfortable. Their personal service is really appreciated. Whether it's eating in room, at the breakfast buffet or at the roof top restaurant, the food is very good. And the Guest Relations staff were exceptional. They showed us how to get to the historical sites and shopping, made reservations for dining, entertainment, airlines and got us transportation to and from the airport. Thank you Semith, Hassan and Julia for your exceptional service. The Hotel Sultania is located in the old town area of Istanbul, within walking distance to the Haggia Sofia Mosque, Blue Mosque, the Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern. Lots of shopping and restaurants are all around. A wise choice staying at this hotel.
