The thing i must say is the hotel is poorly advertised on the internet , as the HOTEL HAS BEEN RENNOVATED immensively. Seeing the images i didn't have much expectations. But the hotel is the best budget hotel i've been to in trivandrum. I'd recommend you'all to visit the hotel if you're looking for a clean budget hotel. Very helpful staff and management. It's really sad that it's not promoted well on the internet.

Very helpful and budget rooms in trivandrum. Have stayed in many budgetary hotels located in the heart of the city. Thampanoor,Trivandrum. I must say SUKHVAS has excelled in providing budgetary rooms , clean and pretty classy for the price. It's a must visit budget hotel in trivandrum.

I stayed at Hotel Sukhvas for two days recently on a hasty business trip; all I wanted is clean, hygienic air-conditioned room at a central locality in the town. And the hotel fulfilled my wish-list. I was not in demand for any in-room dining or a restaurant attached; hence, I am not in a position to comment on service levels. The room was quite spacious, there are number of restaurants catering multiple cuisine in the vicinity. Cabs are available anytime. Only inconvenience, I found was the acceptable mode of payment by the hotel is cash only. Since, I stayed here only between late evening and early morning, I could not interact much with the front desk or other staffs. Hence, based on my personal experience, I can neither endorse or rule out the comments made by other travelers.

No friendly staffs. No good service by the staffs. Horrible. They are very rude. We are from a distant place from Trivandrum and they does not bother. Had a hassle at the time of check in. Management should improve customer service. Room was neat, clean, spacious and good. Bathroom was good. bed was comfortable.

very very bad..the employees are not friendly...they will smoke in the hotel itself...i stayed 6 days here..very poor hotel..the rooms are small and not friendly at all...pls think once , before taking rooms in this hotel...laundry service is poor and very costly and no hot water available...the bed will shake , it is very old and sound will come while shaking...
