SUCH A PATHETIC HOTEL, ITS S**T

I Do not know why this hotel is operating, there is nothing good about it. first of all its tariff is too high compare to the amenities available there. second the room towel bed sheet each n everything having stink everywhere. I dont they are maintaining it. Above all the front desk staff is arguing for every if n but. i had terrible experience with it. Its canteen is not exception as well, dont have the items present in menu, utensils are having stink too prepration is 3rd class etc etc...

Been going to this place for over five years. Very clean and tidy place. Apt location a bit out side the main city, but on the way if you are coming from Pune. Pet friendly place on request. Lovely food and an extremely courteous staff.

I visited this hotel in May 2017 with family of 6. In spite of rush, I was attended quickly The rooms are clean, service is very prompt and It is not costly. Very good staff. Food is nice. Owner personally attending needs of customer. I had similar experience 4 years back. Now again it was nice stay.

Stay was comfortable. This was suggested by one of my customer. I found rates on bit higher side for what they are serving... My ratings would in flowing manner : Location : 4/5.. Served my purpose. For others this might be located on the outskirts of the city. Ambience : 4/5. Good entrance, OK lobby, nice rooms. Cleanliness : 2/5.. Toilets are clean and maintained. The bedsheets were not at all clean_ stains nd stains every where. Now for a hotel with such a high rate at least clean bedsheets are expected!! Rooms are daily cleaned however the bedsheets.. Yes they were changed too but many a times with new stains!! Not always the bedsheets are with stains but still not even for once this is expected . just for this I am giving 2/5. Food: 3/5 I didn't like the food. Starters were OK. Misal was good. Poha.. Breakfast item : felt like teaching the cook how to atleast make it eat-able. Idli sambar was good. Tried milkshakes...tasted good, loved it. Never tried other items. Staff:5/5 very friendly staff, the owner is very helpful and Friendly. My ratings for food are specific to dishes other dishes might be good. The hotel restaurant is many a times crowded so I guess it must be good. Overall this is a good hotel for a short stay.

This place is quite close to NH4 (Pune-Bangalore Highway). We reached post 2AM and the hotel staff was very active and helpful in accommodating us. It is strictly a budget stay, but worth for the price paid. The food quality is decent and has the spicy Kolhapuri flavour. Satisfactory enough I would say.
