The hotel is in good condition. The have attached restaurants too which serve good food. Prominent location very near to railway station and about a kilometer from the Somnath Temple. Rates vary depending the trafic and demand during Holly period it's about 4k or Normal off season may be 1 or 1.5k stay is comfortable. Need to improve in hotel room service

Location is perfect and hotel is cheap. There are issues with hygeine and cleanliness. And most important of all, the hotel and the restaurant is run by muslims having hindu names. I know it should not be a problem but atleast it raises some trust issues.

Advance not refunded on cancellation

Had made a reservation for a studio room on 25th May 2022 by paying Rs. 4000 as advance. However had to cancel the reservation and communicated the same on 21st May 2022. The hotel refused to refund the amount even though their reservation document mentioned that cancellation can be made 24 hours before arrival. Highly unprofessional of the hotel.

We have booked 2 rooms for 6 adults saying it will accommodate so but the room sizes are too small even for 2 adults. Hotel staff behavior is also not good. Cleanliness and hygiene is highly compromised. Not recommend for any type for stay

The positives - Excellent restaurant, very good food (even if options were limited) at very affordable cost with excellent service. would recommend the hotel if not the lodge. Location is close by to temple, railway station, bus stand and near to the highways connecting Dwarka and Ahmedabad. Rooms are spacious, ample parking right in front of hotel The negatives - Only 2 floors of hotel, ground floor has too much disturbance from other guests, continuous loud autos, mewing cats, hooting pigeons etc. we could not open any windows. Parking is too close to ground floor rooms' windows and hence pose a privacy and security threat. First floor, no lifts, gets too heated by mid noon. They don't accept cards. payment only in cash and should be paid completely in advance during check in! Hot water was unreliable and stopped after 8.00AM, AC had single setting, bedsheets, pillow covers, rug covers had huge stains, even changed ones were also not clean enough. Room is definitely not worth the price they charged.
