I have been on my business trip to client visit and book this hotel. Staff are not using mask, hand gloves, there is no social distancing maintaining by hotel staff in this pandemics. Room was not sanitized properly. Following are my review 1- Inadequate Parking - There is no parking allotted you have to park your vehicle on road. 2- Intercom is not working, you have to call desk person everytime whenever you need anything. 3- Room Cleaning - you have to instruct sweeper to use disinfectant. Even after no proper cleaning. 4- Bedsheets, Pillow Covers are not changing everyday 5- Toiletries are not there in bathroom. 6- TV recharge not done waited for 1 day for same. Please don't waste your time and money, please choose another hotel. Highly not Recommended Please don't come here

Worst Hotel with old rooms just freshly painted

Stayed at this hotel on 14th Nov 2019 night. Booking done through goibibo and the web site shown this hotel nicely. But, after reaching the hotel and room no 8001(4th floor), we realized the hotel is in bad condition. The room allotted at 4th floor - Door lock was not working, big old room painted recently in an unprofessional manner. The furnitures were old and stinky. Bed and linen were horrible. Bath room fixtures and especially toilet flushing were not working. Need to fill the bucket of water and flushed the toilet. 15th Nov 2019 morning breakfast was below below standard. Overall, worst experience. Highly NOT recommended for business stay. Most of the web sites are fooling the customers showing nice photos. But, reality was entirely opposite.

Worst Hotel. Better not to stay. Lift not working. Staff Not at all co-operative. Lobbies Not clean (Filled with Beer Bottles) Phones not working in Room Toilet Flush Not working. Staff not bothered to give you even soap and Towels. Swimming Pool filled up with garbage. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY STAY.

It is 10 minutes from the airport but I was charged 600INR for a drop. The lift was not working, so we had to use the back of house stairs, and what a filthy place it was! The rooms themselves were better, but still only average at best. There was a broken window at the end of the corridor and lots of mosquitoes present . I wished I had not taken the complimentary breakfast as better is available from the streets nearby

This hotel experience is not too pleasant.bed is not having comfort.for one night stay it is okay.food is also average.they will arrange pick up from airport if you ask them.staff are friendly and cooperative
