Location: 4 stars - located in a busy area in the city Food: 2.5 stars - food is basic; not a lot to choose from; but better than other 3 star hotel offerings Wifi: 3 stars - wifi is weak Service: 2.5 stars - i did not feel the service of the hotel in my entire stay; maybe they silently doing their job in the background magically coz i didnt have any problem, but i dis not feel their presence Pool: 2.5 stars - they have a pool, which is not very common offering esp in city center. Room: 3 stars - i stayed at room 311/301; room is one bedroom. It is big and spacious. Although some furnitures may need replacement. It is clean though. It has a good bath tub; clean and i had a peaceful sleep. I recommend this as a good base when having a tour in the city and around; affordable, spacious and comfortable. Not luxurious, but above basic.

On checkout we were falsely accused of breaking 3 glasses from our room which they claimed were broken/ missing and charged. To our shock we were shown 2 broken glasses from at the bar trash can and the receptionist claimed she herself replaced the broken glasses in our room herself. This was an utter lie. For starters there were only 2 glasses in the room and the room is carpeted and there’s no chance that we could break a glass there. They were not ready to listen to us and we had to pay the charges to checkout. We strongly recommend against this hotel

A good budget hotel. Location of the hotel is really good. You can find number of restaurants near by. Rossa mall is next to the hotel. Main draw back of hotel is, it doesn't have proper restaurant and they don't serve dinner. You need to step out for dinner. Cleanliness of hotel is average and I find our room is not cleaned properly. Hotel wifi is average and frequent disconnection

Really impressed with this hotel - large, comfortable and very clean rooms, ok breakfast included in the price and secure onsite parking at no extra cost. The staff were all really helpful - not all of them speak English but there was always someone on hand who could and even the non-English speaking staff did their best to communicate and were really polite and helpful. All in all an excellent hotel for a very reasonable price.

We stayed here as a small group and at first I was sceptical because it was quite a big hotel. The lobby is a little run down, but we really enjoyed spending our late evenings there. The hotel staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Breakfast is a little above average, the rooms are fine and get cleaned every day. I will definitely come back to the Silachi Hotel. It is located on the southern end of the center, but you will get there (or away) by taxi for a smal price. Don't forget to check out the G.U.M. market cross the street!
