Thief hotel. I left my ipod one night before check out on bed and called the hotel reception and inform the same the very next day . They completely denied and said that its not there. How can they lie when I told them the exact place where I kept the Ipod after leaving the hotel room. Be careful and go on your own risk.

We spent a couple of nights in Hotel Shri Ram Empire ( Shri Ram Excellency Group) in Jodhpur in mid of January'2023. The location is excellent, on the main road and from our room (7th floor), we could see the stadium across the road. The restaurant was good, although vegetarian, and the staff were very supportive. The room was good, spacious and clean. The lift seems to be small (no. of persons), as it's difficult to accomodate two persons with luggage. Otherwise, it was a good hotel, worth spending a day or, two. The only odd thing which we observed that the outside area (roads and even the stadium complex, which we could see from our room) was not maintained well and was dirty (garbage all around). We are from Bhopal, one of the cleanest cities in India, and hence the difference was so obvious. It gives a pretty bad image about us, the Indians, in the eyes of foreigners, who visit Jodhpur frequently.

Hotel staff behaviour was not good....room was not clean......food was worst. Hotel not providing services as they are charging rent for the room.......honestly never choose this hotel... service is very poor and they hade charged me for unnecessary thing's as a wifi and water service also counted. Never recommended this hotel for good service.
