The room was not clean. Stains on the bed sheets and towels.there’s how water only when you ask for it and they didn’t tell us that in the check in so I only realised it when already in the shower. Worst of all is that they somehow placed a review in my name on Booking.com giving themselves a 10/10 and saying that my experience was “amazing”. It was far from it.

Very Nice Hospitality manager(Manoj Sharma) and Staff friendly(in Reception) near bus stand very nice Rooms and nice restaurant Good Food next door to reception and nice bar to see sports match good price free wifi and free city travel information for inside the city tour. We had a great stay there.

Good hotel with good staff who manages the service. Food is also good. Rooms and other facilities were good and met my expectations. Special mention Mr. Ojha who has been very helpful. Entire team is very polite and well mannered. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to the hotel team!
