The worst hotel possible. I have been in Haldwani for past 38 years and I can vouch that the service to this hotel has gone to trash now. I do not recommend anyone to every visit it. The people do not live up to the commitments. Their billing process very bad and service standard are down to the worst now.

Worst ever stays in my last 25 years of travelling.They don’t provide drinking water in the rooms and charge Rs 50 ltr .

There in no fresh water supply in the bathroom for bathing and shower. No swimming pool there , Breakfast is pathetic. Manger ignored all our complaints. No cleaning in the room despite repeated requests. Very rude staff. Lift is very small and no fan inside the lift .

I am regular transit visitor of this hotel, but this time my experience was not good. The room as very unhygienic and dirty, washroom is too small. Bedsheet was torn and dirty. Breakfast was limited and okay

Bigger rooms with ultimate cleanliness, amazing food, must try, huge premises and polite staff. Ajay at the front office was very polite, welcoming and helpful and definitely made our stay easy and smooth. Anything said/requested was taken well and responded well, a must stay in Haldwani.

Centrally Located, good hotel for short stay. Need some refurbishment as well inside the room and washroom. Room are big and spacious, neat and clean. Some issue with towels. Had morning breakfast as well, food was okay. Overall Good Hotel
