Nice property and very well maintained hotel providing best of the foods with different varieties however are in a little highly priced that I felt. Otherwise morning breakfast awesome, some addition of non-veg n south indian dishes in the buffet could have double up the morning breakfast excitement however fact is this too that we have no limitations on our expectations. Self a senior citizen and my wife went for a 13 nights stay tour of Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. Four nights stayed in this hotel in imphal in king size bed AC standard room. It is the best hotel we came across in our entire tour and enjoyed. The General Manager Mr. Kapil singh too a warm person to whom I had a chance to interact.

The staff is the best I have encountered in a long long time. Not to mention the lovely hotel and services it has and it all stems from the owner I am told who pushes everyone for high standards and doesn’t settle for anything less. One of the pick of the lot amongst the services was the food which was served for breakfast and the scrumptious menu that they offer. The Chef, Mr. Raja is a lovely guy who heads the kitchen and helps dish out some mouth watering delicacies. I have never eaten better momos or even a Thupka which is essentially a north forte. I had an excellent stay for work in Imphal at the Sangai Continental Hotel. In my assessment, the hotel provides the best hospitality, service and care amongst all the hotels in town. I would like to specifically mention the elaborate complimentary breakfast and sumptuous meals at the Wild Rice restaurant. Similarly, the reception, housekeeping and travel desk provide exceptional and personalised service. I would particularly mention the top class assistance provided by Ms. Rachna and the travel services by Mr. Okram. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is located in one of the prime locations of Imphal City. Every place is easily accessible from there. This is from a location perspective. From the perspective of rooms, cleanliness, hygiene, I feel it matches any 4-5 Star Hotel in that respect. The rooms are thoroughly sanitized and cleansed everyday. They are spick and span to say the least. Coming to the quality of food. Its awesome. Its not only me who says so. Ask any individual in Imphal who happened to visit the place and you will get your answer. The Hotel boasts of a well maintained in-house Gym. Laundry services are timely with Zero complaints. And last but not the least, the people - wherever you go, they would welcome you with ever smiling faces, always helpful, extremely courteous with the best part that you would never hear a "NO" from them. Its true for all the hotel staff all across whether Dining, Room Service, Front Office everywhere. Its worth mentioning the name of Rachna Ma'am who sits out of the Front Office - Her promptness in getting all the issues resolved is truly commendable whether you approach with a problem early in the morning or the end of the day - Truly energetic, vibrant and helpful lady to say the least.
