My first impression was not very good after reaching Samrat Hotel, It was a mess, no proper staff was there, rooms were not ready, Bed sheets were not cleaned. We have room number 203 and 204, 204 was the best room of the hotel I think. Room doesn't have any view, I hated it. The room Service was quick, whatever we ordered reached to us within 10 minutes, I loved the room service, the problem is every time I have to go to reception to order room service because the phones in the room were not working. No Wi-fi was there so if some urgent work will be there I have to ask them about Hotspot.

samrat is one of the budget friendly hotel in jammu. location is good and so is the cleanliness of this hotel. staff is guest friendly. service is quick. food tastes good. front desk is attractive. over all good hotel to stay.

Near bus stand, neat and clean. Do not accept so much high quality amenities, room are neat and clean. Sleeping quality is good. Limited car parking in front of hotel.Food quality is good and good quantity, no regret for this hotel. Go for it :)

Hotel is situated near Bus stand jammu location of hotel is good but noise pollution is regular there.room's wer wel furnished nd service is also good. You cn get car parking with free WiFi at affordable price. For those who don't want noisy are then dont book this hotel. And in other aspect's something is good. Thanks

Simple hotel.Nothing exceptional but you won't regret staying here.Neat and tidy rooms.Jammu bus stand and Jammu market is at walking distance from this hotel.Staff was generous.Breakfast was good.Bathroom was clean but you would get lukewarm water for bathing. They should provide hot water at least in winter. That disappointed us.
