Very dirty hotel, toilets are very bad, flashtank not working, very dirty bucket, cocroach pits in toilet, all switches and sockets are not working, electric boards are broken, wires are hanging, very unsafe, no glass in the room, lift are not working by mistake also no body should stay. I have stayed two days.positive near to bus stand , easily accessible.nearly have restaurant,and others.have lift facility.parking need in front of road day time parking is tough. Negative Service very poor Not given even water,soap,if ask only they give. Room will not clean if ask only they will clean. Second day they didn't any change towel,,soap,... WiFi is totally waste . But if check out time only correctly will follow.

I am staying in this hotel for 7 days for my official trip, good hotel, WiFi available but not having good speed, service is good, food is testy, but if you are from North Indian then there is no option for North Indian food, even they don't no hindi , rooms are Big in size, clean room, overall it's a good budget hotel.

The service was nice but the lift was not working well The location was near to busstop and upstairs of sairam parlour the room at the affordable price available near to all the hot water facility was there and should wait for room service

It is an excellent hotel with clean room and toilet with 24 hour hot and cold water. Hotel staffs are very much co operative. The restaurant is also good with yummy foods. Heard it is one of the best restaurant in Vishakhapatnam. Room service is also good. One meal is more than enough for two person. Clean towels and bedsheets provided. Location is also very good in centre of city.
