Horrible experience overall. Not only did the hotel exhibit poor hospitality and service, but its inflexible no-refund policy and lack of flexibility regarding cancellations. Despite having two rooms booked for three nights, I encountered resistance when I sought to cancel my last day due to personal reasons. They refused to accommodate any changes or provide partial refunds. Even during my extended stay, the front desk, including the Front Desk Manager Mr. Richard Norana, failed to inform me about the hotel's cancellation policy. When I raised this concern, Mr. Akshay Bagde had no satisfactory explanation. Additionally, when I requested the General Manager's email, I was only given the reservations email address, further highlighting their lack of transparency and poor customer service.

I had done a hall booking for 14th April 24 evening dinner orchid hall at the time of booking I paid a advance of 10,000/- when I went there at 6:30 pm the light was switched off inspite of several requests to Mr Harish banquet manager he told he will not on the hall light till I make the full payment I had senior citizens & children with me imagine who would be responsible if anything happens to them for half an hour we were made to sit in hall without light merHarish told mr yuvraj general manager has told not to on light till we made full payment I request all of u who made banquet booking with Sai palace first clear this point if u will not make full payment the hall light will not be on it is not good on their path Mr Harish and yuvraj are very rude people U can confirm with the staff this is true story From Ravi tulsyan

We had made a prepaid booking through Agoda, sent them messages earlier but no replies, on arrival they refused to acknowledge the booking and made my wife wait for over 30 minutes, behaving rudely and showing a lot of attitude. They did a huge favour by allotting a their WORST room and did not like that we booked through Agoda. Disgusting hotel and pathetic staff(manager). Even the management does not care. Requested Agoda to shift us to a better hotel but they dont entertain complaints just like the hotel. This is the checkin experience, waiting for the stay and checkout experience.

This the best place everything food , room but I want to share that I left my Amazon kindle in their locker , it was fairly my mistake and locker was opened , but due to attentiveness , honesty of staff I found my kindle . Hats off the staff the on their willingness to go out of the box to help their customer I recommend everyone to visit once and then you always want to go back to hotel …

We stayed for just a night and were overall happy with our stay. Room was clean, we stayed in an executive room. The room had a massage chair as an added bonus and that was good to use after a full day out on the town. We had a major scare when I realized the morning after that the previous night I had lost my wallet - most likely in the Uber cab. When we finally were able to reach the cab driver, he said he noticed that it had slipped out while I was getting down from the cab and that the hotel staff had picked it up. After speaking to the hotel, they made enquiries and finally were able to locate the guard who was on duty and he had placed it in the valet podium. I was so pleased to have found the wallet with everything intact! It was stressful because the guard did not inform anyone and so it took time to find it. But thankfully due to the cab driver and the hotel, we found it back. On the negative side, the bathrooms although nice, had problems with both the toilet flush and the shower drain. The drain was almost fully blocked and water ran out all over the bathroom. Breakfast was a large spread but average, my opinion may be biased because I was quite stressed about the wallet at the time and in no mood to eat. All in all, we were satisfied and would stay there again.
