A good 3 star hotel with all basic amenities and free pick up and drop to the temple in their van. Opposite to the local busstand and also where the booking for temple can be made. Known as counter #2 as well. No high fi amenities, WiFi works but never connects!!! Bathrooms are clean, TV works, no cabinets in room. Food served is good if in a package. The person Rakesh is a gem of a person and has good connections to provide onward packages to Kashmir.

Hotel staff is very helpful and always try to help in any way you will ask for, service is on time. Hotel explicitly provide pick and drop facility from all the near by places and commute driver is also very friendly.

The room we stayed was not good... Most of the points in room lights were missing and it was dark. Most of the channels on TV were not working. Food was below average. Staff was helpful and friendly and their manager was willing to help in ways he can.

Good its bear the vaisano devi so we booked it we booked non ac rooms but the bon ac rooms were just like freezers it was very cold in the room hotel is good and it is located near to the mata vaisnodevi

Took a 2 double bed room for family. rooms were spacious enough. mattress were good. bathroom was neat. overall service was good. location of hotel is also great.it conncts with road to temple to start. other side it connets with bus stand. i recommend it to all.
