The family friendly hotel in shirdi. Just 3 minutes walking distance from Sai Baba Temple. Big rooms, neat and clean washroom, good range in wifi, 24 hours hot water is available, free parking space is also available, ambiance is nice. Most important is restaurant food quality is very fresh and tasty.

The hotel is neat and clean. Room service is also good. The hotel staff is very helpful. Food they prepare after our order and serves hot. This hotel is just 2 minutes walking distance from Sai baba temple. All together it is very comfortable stay.

Very nice service, the rooms are neat and clean, 24 hrs. hot water available, room service is also good and very nearby to Sai baba temple. Would recommend staying here for Shirdi trip. Waking distance to temple. Staff are very helpful. It's very good experience.

Had a pathetic experience here. Starting from the service to the cleanliness to every single thing here was worse. As soon as we entered the hotel the lady in charge literally ordered us to pay the remaining amount which is to be paid at time of check out. Second bad experience was the room- no curtains, broken rod fallen on the floor, dirty mattress, dirty mats, dirty pillows without pillow covers. I didn't even feel like touching anything around me in that room. When we asked them for pillow covers they brought it after almost 2 hours after repeated reminders. We asked them to fix the curtains because there was too much light falling in the room. They kept dodging us till next day and it never happened. We ended up sleeping in a room full of street light. Room service phone never works. We once asked for dinner at room service (which I regret now), they just brought the food in plastic bags. And we asked for plates. Then they bring dirty unwashed plates. It just gets worse. Bathrooms are in very bad condition. No hangers, no proper taps or flush. When we asked the service guy why is everything out of place his answer was "yahan pe aisa hi hota hai madam" Ughh! One bad experience. Wouldn't recommend this place. There was not even an apology from the hotel management for the poor experience!

Awful experience, I have ever had. Hotel staff was so rude and threatened me & my wife to leave at morning 4 AM at the time of Check in, after I asked them to provide me the room which I had booked through Makemytrip,They simply said it is not available and if you want to stay than we can provide what we have ( servant room). The guy was shouting at my wife to show the marriage certificate ( crazy insane). Guys please don't ever go for this Hotel if you want your safety.
