I feel like simply writing a bad review is too ordinary for this place, so I will try to express my opinion about this place in the most positive way I can: - The roaches and insects in the room are very friendly and polite - The wi-fi works fine, as long as you're in the corridor - The water in the bathroom is not always brown - The breakfast is very close to being edible - The personnel can be considered friendly, as long as you don't interact with them - During the frequent power outages, the room is dark and therefore less hideous To finish on a more serious note: This is a horrible hotel.

I booked this horrible hotel using Yatra (prepaid booking), when I reached hotel at night the receptionist refused me to checkin saying they don’t have any information/booking with my name. The stupid receptionist was not ready to check his entry, I asked him several times to check his digital entry but he seems to be an uneducated who still thinks we are in book and register era. I shouted at him and called Yatra and made him speak with them. He told them we only take booking from OYO, After maybe 20 to 25 mins he allowed us to checkin. Let me warn everyone who is looking to book this cheep hotel. Poor quality room, bed sheet and pillow cover not clean, stinking room and washroom, wall seepage. Total waste of money. Not at all value for money. Please think before you book this hotel.

i stayed at hotel royal hieghts delhi patel nagar in month of jan 2019 . it was my business tour for two days . Hotel set a new standard for excellence. Seldom have I experienced the wonderful staff and enjoyed the attentiveness delivered at this hotel. Management and owners of the Hotel Mr Rishi kant helps me a lot to direct me the locations of delhi i want to visit for my business .

Dirtiest motel i have ever experienced. Bed linen was filthy from previous guests. No hot water. Inedible breakfast. And unhygienic staff even asked for a tip as i checked out!!!!!! Motel is situated in the middle of a slum. The photos are not what you will experience in person!!!!!!
