Hotel is well located, 15 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain and 20 to the Colosseum, 5 minutes to Termini Train/Bus station. Staff were very helpful and friendy. Rooms are small but serve their purpose well, very clean, ensuite was a good size and well stocked with shampoos etc. Breakfast was continental with lots to eat and lovely coffee.

This property ( correct name is Rom Antica) has seen better days. It is run down with a problematic lift and other general upkeep neglected (railings falling apart, etc.). It is a typical 2 or 3 star hotel found in the neighborhood. It is only 3 blocks from Termini Station. Hence, well located. A continental breakfast was adequate. Overpriced for value. It is a classic example of a compromise between quality and location and looking the other way on issues under the rationale that all one wants is a place to sleep at night in advance of what really counts; being Rome and environs during the day.

A 20 minute walk from the bustling streets of the inner city and that can be a good or bad thing for some. We enjoyed our walks and found some great restaurants along the way each day. Rooms are very quiet! Sound proofing and black out curtains allowed us to enjoy a sleep in here and there. Ladies who we were greeted by in the hotel were all very nice and accommodating. Only issue is the firmness of the bed. It was like a rock and we both ended up with stiff backs at the end of the week. Also the pillows could do with some updating. They were very flat and lumpy which makes me guess they’ve been used to death. Other than that, it was a great stay and we recommended

Very disappointed that this Hotel refused a refund when I had only confirmed 48 hours before via. booking.com Worse they have not replied to a singe e—mail or message very rude . The cancellation was due to a bone in my foot meaning I was unable to drive to the hotel . They were not fully booked and still had rooms so it not as though I blocked a booking T&access a aside not good customer service at all Gary Major
