Worst experience and very unprofessional Staff

One of the worst experiences I had in my entire life, very unprofessional staff. Zero customer service I wanted to give zero stars but left with no option. When I checked in with my wife after booking a deluxe room I was given a TWIN SHARING bed. When asked why? without any remorse they have changed it. There were cockroaches, no soap, shampoo and the AC was leaking. As I had a busy schedule I didn't bother much. Next morning I was given complimentary cards for breakfast and while having i being asked to come and pay for it as I was not supposed to get it. It was an embarrassing movement and latter when confronted with management they were are not ready to accept their mistake and said I dont have to pay for it. At the time of checkout they halted me and asked me to pay for it. The reason they have is I am ready to spend so much for a room but why can't I pay for the breakfast. Not ready to accept their mistake. I was already running late so had to clear the bills which I was promised as a complimentary. I would recommend not opt at all for this Hotel.

Had a Great Evening, we had celebrated My son 1st Birthday on Nov 26th 2020,Lovely Restaurant interior, And Staff were very ploite and comparative,Exspecialy The Restaurant Manager Mr.Babji was helped with on Time food Delivary and Food was also Very Tastey.Thank you Ritz comfort and satyam,We will visit again.

We travelled to Vizag for attending a function and have booked the hotel on Booking.Com, based on the rating. I had booked the hotel for 4 days and booked multiple rooms for the family members accompanying me. Good points : 1. Close to city centre. 2. Close to railway station and complex 3. Hot water Bad points : 1. Very damp rooms, with less or no ventilation. 2. Horrible Wi-Fi connection, which never connects. 3. Horrible beds which are no where near to comfortable. 4. Very slow service. 5. Attitude of the staff is not good. 6. To my horror the room I stayed in had leaking pipeline which was never fixed and had a clogged washbasin. 7. Limited options in breakfast. And the staff in the breakfast room is very unfriendly, as if not interested. Overall not satisfied with the value received for the money paid.

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. TV, Lamps, Table, Chairs, Double and single bed, almirah, mini bar. Washrooms and bathrooms are with good facilities. Newly built hotel in the main market. All shops are nearby.

Certainly a Good Hotel for stay and the Hotel is near to Bus Station and Railway Station. Staff is cordial and maintenance of Hotel is very good, however supply of hot water is very poor. A small Note on Table attracted me, which in brief says heavy water is being used all over the world/India for clearning clothes/lenin, etc. The Note says, as a Guest of this hotel, if you say no to change of Lenin, we can save water and as a mark of saving, they will credit of Rs.100/- on our Bill. I asked them not to change Lenin to save water. But they have not given credit of promised money in my Bill. When I enquired they say it is only on Hotel Restaurant Bill ( not mentioned in the Note) and not on Rent/Tariff. Just for Rs.100/-, I felt whether this student is necessary? Simply they would have mentioned the fact and left out without promising anything. Some Guests will certainly do it.
