Hotel Regina is in the perfect location to explore Madrid. It is tidy and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is substantial. House keeping was excellent. The roof terrace is perfect for an afternoon drink. We enjoyed our five night stay and would definitely book here again.

If you are looking for a well located hotel with very professional and friendly service I would recommend Regina. Rooms were clean and nice but if you want some privacy doing your bathroom things you should consider another hotel as the bathroom is an aquarium. :) Special thanks go to the breakfast hostess Sofia!

Went for Holy Week. The Good Friday processions take place right outside. I could not believe how awesome it all was. There are great restaurants in the area, and just a short walk away are several little bar-and-restaurant/tapas places if you want something less formal. The brand-new shopping Gallerias (luxury shopping and food experience) is right across the street. This is a boutique hotel with excellent accomodations for families right in the same neighborhood as the Four Seasons and JW. The hotel feels new, the breakfast was awesome. We had a connecting family room with two bathrooms. Public spaces are small but really pretty. The staff is impossibly kind and helpful. Honestly--a wonderful start to our Spanish vacation. This hotel WAY outperforms other boutiques in the area.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel, centrally located to all of the important sites in the city. The staff is warm and friendly and really wants to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean. Comfortable and big bathrooms. An expansive buffet breakfast.

Our first visit to Madrid and we could not be happier with this hotel. The location is perfect for a Holiday visitor. The location is safe, central and the street traffic free. The Metro is bang outside. The staff are truly exceptional. They are consistentently courteous, helpful, proactive and demonstrate an exemplary work ethic. They are perfect ambassadors for the Hotel and Madrid. The rooms are functional, very clean and comfortable. The maid service is again exemplary and faultless! The breakfast buffet is extraordinary in quality and range of offering; a must book when staying. We had a wonderful 7 night stay and enjoyed EVERY MINUTE!. We will be back! Roof top terrace and gym were very appealing too.
