The hotel ( Hotel Ranika ) is ideally located on Mall Road , just the opposite of Durga Mandir / Manali Bus Stand...Rooms are very well maintained ..very nice and tidy and well decorated ..bathroom is big enough and clean ..Rooms with view are amazing ..view from the roof top of the hotel is marvelous.. And Ravi , the receptionist cum supervisor is a great simple person .. he is hard working ..really an all rounder ...he keeps his guests like family members ..such a courteous and helpful ...I will never forget his service .... I will give this property 5 star out of 5 ..
