Extremely unprofessional team.. I had to cancel my booking due to personal reasons and spoke to property manager atleast 3 weeks before travel, got confirmation that ur refund will be processed in 2 weeks time..afterwards its been 2 months and absolutely no updates.. I have given all the proof over whatsapp as well but they dont react on WA..last msg was " your booking number is not correct" Funny cause I sent screen shot of booking ( not even typed !!) its very frustrating !! there given phone number almost never gets picked up !! I wonder how it is when someone is actually in their hotel !!
