For a small weekend I have visited Puri from 16 Oct 2018 to 19 Oct 2018. Because of my service, I need to travel a lot all around India and most of the time I placed at hotels. But this time the experience is too bad and they spoiled my entire weekend. POSITIVE SIDES: Room service boys are good & co-operative... NEGATIVE SIDES: Toilets are very dirty & unhygienic... Rooms are too small & clumsy..just walking passage... Very few rooms are only sea facing...though they claim all rooms are sea facing Water Geyser at bathroom is not working...even after repeated reminder they did not switched on it. The Geyser is kept just as show piece... Front Office Managers are not at all co-operative and not ready to guide their own boarders about the places and sightseeing... Mosquito problem... Sofa & Curtains are dusty... FINAL OPINION: Book this hotel only when you are in position to sleep at sea beach...

It's was the best hotel in Lucknow. I spend a lovely time in this hotel. Food court of this hotel was very nice. Food was also very tasty. The gallery of this hotel was very nice. Hotel services is also very good. Your hotel was situated at a very good place where everyone got them instantly. At last, I advised to everyone to go this hotel one time. This hotel was really such a fabulous hotel I have ever seen.

I had booked a standard a/c room. Clean room and good facilities. Television and air conditioner were in good working order. Hot and cold water was available in the bathroom. Bathroom was also quite clean Reasonable good breakfast (aloo paratha) ..... well prepared and filling Courteous and attentive staff. 24hrs checkout makes the hotel really good value for money !! Please do replace the blankets with softer ones and also do keep a sheet beneath the blanket
