We had chosen this resort for stay during our business visit and was Fully satisfied with the stay and other services. Rooms were clean and tidy moreover Quick response by the Housekeeping Team 24/7 They have 2 Restaurant attached and walkable to Railway Station and Bus Terminal. Service Power Back Up Lift ,Restaurant. Room Service, Parking, etc Best option for Family and friends trips too Will definitely recommend

Hotel 🏩 Priya is comes in the way Raichur to Manthralayam Road. In opposite of the Priya Hotel 🏩 garden ⛲ also there. It is an average for the performance in the service of it. Vehicle parking 🅿 facility is less.

During a visit to Raichur, I was told by my local friends to stay in Hotel Nrupatunga, as its a good hotel. Unfortunately, that hotel was under renovation and not ready so I checked other hotels in the town. Hotel Priya is situated on the main station road, where 4-5 other major hotels of the town stand good. The rooms are average and this hotel could be chosen if other hotels are not available.

during june 2016 while going to Mantralayan i am visited the hotel Priya at Raichur and previously several time i visited the hotel and also stayed in hotel it on main road of Raichur city near to railway station and bus stand th service and food is also good

This is my first visit to hotel priya . I booked this through Cleartrip website and there are really no high class hotel in Raichur . Raichur business has to really think of providing good hotels to tourists and business people . Proximity - the hotel is hardly 5 minutes from railway station and bus stand on the main road . However I have paid 50 rs to auto rickshaw guy for such a small distance Facilities - the hotel has got lift , back up power , intercom , local cable network and they book cab for any rental . However every service are average than expectation Restaurant - there is a small South Indian vegetarian restaurant inside the hotel and it is open for breakfast , lunch and dinner . Room service are also available . Price are normal . Quality of food is good no issue to tummy . However the presentation and ambience of restaurant are not that much appealing , management can upgrade to some extent . Even the menu card are decade old . Room quality - the rooms are provided with window AC and non AC rooms are also available . The ambience of the room is 2 decade old and all the facility in the room are totally outdated . But they work no issue , if you are okay it is fine Toilets - no shower , stipulated time for hot water (6 am - 9am) and you have to use a bucket to take bath . The basin mirrors are totally rusted and does not give impression . Service - 24 hours Checkin , I have checked in by 3 am and the staff is courteous to accept the Checkin and no too formal time on Checkin . Food room service is good and in right time . The cleanliness is also good and people sweep frequently to maintain the available area . Overall it is average and still we cannot grade low because of good service and courteous staff . If the management take care of upgrading the infra to current generation requirement it is one can be an option in future
