Management of this place is very bad which reflects in quality of service

We booked the place for 2 nights. The hotel itself is in a plaza so the building is large with no garden etc but enough stores around to get immediate items. Room service is worse as the hotel washroom smell. Had to ask for towels 3 times before it came. No Toilet paper. On asking they do not supply. Water bottle was provided. Wifi kept cutting out and they only provide for 1 connection and had to request for more than one as there were 2 occupants. Breakfast was alright but it is ran by different business unit so they want cash for room service. The same manager who was present each time I had reported an issue but never once ack or approach the customer. On the last day he wanted to have the feedback. The building needs a good scrubbing as it is dirty and looks like not cleaned from outside for a long while, based on the dirt on the window and hallway glass on the outer side. It certainly is not a 3 star by any international standard.

Clean and good arrangements. Food quality disappointed us there. Good and decent staff. Ontime service. One suggestion ro the hotel manager please pin the hotel location on the map, its hard to find the hotel without it.

Another great stay! The friendly staff are always willing to lend a helpful hand and find ways to make your stay is more enjoyable.the great testing food at the hotel restaurant. Rooms is good and neat and clean.

Well the place is totally worth the money ... the staff is good , the place is hygienic and the rooms the all the facilities one need. Overall staying here is totally an option and I wouldn’t mind staying again
