Experience at POLO Tower Was Wonderful.Buffet Breakfast Was Excellent. Different Vegetarian items were nice. Service by Mr राकेश ,शेफ charnjeet Was extraordinary Very Good. This is by far one of the best properties to stay at in Shillong, the service is top-notch, and extreme care is taken towards cleanliness , hospitality and food. Room service and house keepers are very supportive. As a first visitor, I recommend choosing this place. - Housekeeping staff,Pabitra, Polo Towers.

Pleasant stay with nice accomodation and wonderful staff all throughout. Room also wonderful. Housekeeping staff also doing their best services and prompt always. Food is also very delicious. Shri Pavitra of housekeeping staff is doing wonderful work and assisting always.

It was a very good experience while staying there.The staff there was helpful and the food was good. It was memorable for us. Their management was good enough and we didn't face any issue while staying there. It is located in a prime location in Shillong,near the police bazaar. The service granted by the housekeeping staff named Pavitra was also commendable.
