The worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel staff doesn’t know anything about hospitality. Everyone was so rude. During the breakfast time the cutlery was dirty. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good stay in rome.

The worst hotel. The staffs are rude, they are racist, we went on family trip, they were super rude. In the room, no small towels, small dirty bathrooms. Bed had no blankets, just thin sheets to cover. At breakfast, all the cutlery were dirty. I asked for hot water for kid’s milk snd they rudely said no. Other rooms had hot water kettle but even after requesting many times, they said no to us. The hospitality is worst. Never stay in this hotel in Rome. The worst experience.

The hotel and facilities look exactly as advertised in the photos. I was a bit skeptical reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised upon the arrival. The reason for this, as I came to learn, is that there are many visitors on a daily basis, from several cultures, with different expectations. It is not a 5-star hotel, but it's great value for money in Rome! The location is accessible by bus and metro, with plenty of restaurants and facilities around (pharmacy, stores, tabacchi), and the area is so quiet and nice compared to the hectic city centre! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

My family visited Pineta Palace Hotel Roma for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and appropriate for our stay. Michele and ALL of the staff were friendly! They assisted with our last minute taxi reservation, dinner reservation with a beautiful Roman welcome, and attended to every request. The location is convenient to bus and train ( Metro) and restaurants. There is even a grocery store nearby! This was our first visit to Italy, and their hospitality and accommodations will encourage us to visit again very soon.
