The hotel was unexpectedly excellent stay for us and here are the reasons. I went to the hotel with my family without realising that I made reservations for 1 night on a wrong date. But the reservation desk was accommodating and quickly arranged for our rooms (2 twin sharing rooms) to be ready. We got 1 room ready while the other was being cleaned. The room was spacious and clean! We had ample space to keep our big luggages and the bathroom was cosy with the clean tub. Beds were big and comfy with 2 fluffy pillows each. Breakfast was provided and it was good just like any other italian hotel breakfast. The concierge was quick to respond with our queries and even helped us with our luggages when we board our taxi to the airport. We even had our dinner at the hotel restaurant of which the meal was absolutely heavenly with excellent service...ready at our becking call! There were cafes and small supermarket within the hotel vicinity Highly recommend for Milan stay!

The hotel shouldn’t get a 5 stars rating, maybe 3 stars. We visited the hotel 4 years ago and it’s too bad they still have the issue of the construction just in front of them, limiting their access on the street. The reception area smells mold, probably because of the carpets in the area. The restaurant wasn’t opened as advertised; Our room was big but everything’s looked old. Their cleaning wasn’t satisfied. Breakfast, in the other hand, was really good.

Not happy at all In this hotel- take a foto of everything you take from the minibar. They are cheating!!!! I'm so disappointed of the experience and the service of this hotel. I'll never go again. The cleaning the rooms was also really low lewell. Thay made a bed - and that's all.

Hotel is not 5 star, maybe 2 star at best. Only stayed one night due to misleading web site details of this “hotel” The place is not central and in a back street No help with baggage, rude at reception. I checked out after one night of having spotlights shining all night in my bedroom. Worn out paper thin towels. No luxury as advertised. Tiny bathroom, never received a refund. I had to prepay Au$1000 per night. Completely ripped off.

Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. Check out some more up to date pics! And stay elsewhere.
