The place offers a very good location and a neighborhood of top-brand malls; that's it. Don't expect anything else. Don't be surprised to see torn towels, dirty hot water cattle, and broken shower knobs. The restaurant and restaurant staff are good. Buffet breakfast is served only when the occupancy is sufficient, otherwise, the menu is limited. Parking space is also limited.

Booked this hotel through Make my trip.com, very near to Railway station. Room rates are ok. Food is good. Services are nice and fast. But maintainence of room is not good. Bedsheets is torn and old and stitches all over the bedsheet.Have public toilet near the hotel back side. Dirty and unavoidable Smell of toilet was coming in room no 109. Otherwise room was good for one day stay. Bus station is also very close to hotel. Non veg restaurant and dominos pizza are nearby.

I visited Last week to Haldwani and booked Hotel Through online Hotel park Land Opp: Rly Station of Haldwani just 50 to 60 mtrs from Railway station 200 mtrs from Main Bus stand very neat and clean hotel just beside one veg restaurant also there with reasonable prices. Visit Shama Restaurant Near Bus stand for Good Veg and Non Veg food.

Clean Rooms with clean towels/bath/quilt/bedsheets. Decent food. Next to Railway station. It does have traffic noise but not that bad that would stop me coming here again. Room with windows are good try Deluxe and above rooms. If you want value for money then look for online deals. Bus stand must be 2 kms from here. Does have Geyser and TV in terms of amenities.

Hotel PARKLAND[ HALDWANI] Parkland with newly constructed building has modern facilities like lift wi fi and LCD TV. However the wi fi was not effective in the room. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city near State Transport bus stand and Rly station but it was not noisy area. The room was well maintained with neat clean bathroom [with cold and hot running water].The hotel is well supported by restaurant for food and beverages. It was our family visit on way to Nanital with quite comfortable stay in the hotel.
