I have given 1 star as there were no options less than that. It's the worst hotel to stay in my tilldate experience. The management and staffs are extremely worst. They don't hVe any responsibility nor. They are interested in maintaining customer relationships. The rooms are extremely congested and dirty. The amenities are not at all working properly. It's a waste of money and comfort if anyone booked this hotel

The hotel is well located near seven points which offers connectivity from airport to all places very well, the famous Quest mall is in walking distance, the pause area park street is also close by, the hotel is value for money in terms of budget hotel. the staff is friendly and courterous.

Considering the price point...its a quiet place, clean and comfy for Single, good for few nights stay, staffs are courteous and helpful...food is ok, location is good too, AC works just fine, just wish they had upgraded the TV to LCD/LED.

I have booked this hotel thrice before for people visiting us from other cities (we stay further down the street so it is very convenient) . This morning May 1 2017 as my guest went to check out the hotel slapped a Rs. 500 linen fine on him. The linen they had supplied was frayed (this is a budget hotel ) and my guest's mistake was that he had not protested that the linen had a tear. The receptionist Sanghamitra and staff Ershad were very rude and insisted that the guest had deliberately cut the linen. Please see picture to make up your mind whether it is at all possible . There are several budget hotels in this area. Please avoid this hotel as I also shall in the future.
