The Hotel is located close to the Royal Place in the heart of the city. The staffs are very helpful and guided us well for all the help we required. Coming to the room it is quite clean and hyenic. As per the price room and food is a big thumbs up. Ideally for family and solo. Safe for everyone.

I was surprised that the hotel has stickers placed everywhere, on the doors, windows and walls to review them on Tripadvisor.com. My first reaction is this cannot be classified as a hotel. Its located inside a dingy lane in a residential colony. Agartala being a small place, it may be located centrally. The first look of the room was a clear repulsiveness, again this was booked by the client and i had to stay with a group that i was traveling with. Since it was just for one night, i didn't complain and i was told that no other hotels were available. There is no restaurant, they have a dining table at the reception, where they serve food if you order from their kitchen in the 3rd or 4th floor. I found this system quite disturbing the staff had to go up and down using the staircase to bring food for you. The hygiene and cleanliness is definitely compromised in such places. We had to order dinner in the hotel, as there were no other places around it open late in the evening and it was raining. The food was terrible, we ordered simple vegetarian food, it was a challenge to finish the food between 4 of us though the serving quantity was very less. Then when i went to my room and found there were 4 cockroaches on my bed playing happily. I had to call the reception, he sent someone with a spray, but the can was empty. He went down and got a new one and sprayed all over the room, and assured me that they will not come up again. I had sleep in this room, hope you can understand my situation, every moment i was feeling that something is crawling over my body. It is a very old hotel, the beds and the furnishings were never cleaned. It is a strict No no, i will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The bathrooms are not clean, there's dust and dirt everywhere, no sign of cleanliness. I am surprised what type of people stay in such hotels. The staff were very nice, very good people, but not at all trained on the basics of cleanliness and service. There were no TV channels available.

Was there on 24th Feb 19 in room number 301 on the 2nd floor. There is no lift. No frills, basic room with a small balcony. Could improve on bed sheets and towels. AC and TV is there but no tea/coffee maker. Check in was simple. Staff hospitable and friendly. Kitchen timings are 7 to 10 am, 12 to 3pm and 7.30 to 10pm but opens later. We entered the hotel at 3 pm and left the next day at 7.30 am. Couldn't have a cup of tea. We had made bookings in Hotel Sonar Tori, which got closed due to HighCourt order. So this was a last minute option provided by Make my trip.

Myself and my family members enjoyed the trip to Tripura for the period 15.08.2018 to 19.08.2018. We booked three rooms at Hotel Palace Inn. The room condition was good with all require amenities. The behavior of the Proprietor to too good. The support staff of the hotel were also good. The Proprietor always take care of the guests and try his level best to sort out the needs of the guests as early as possible. The kitchen staff were also try there level best to cater good quality food as per guests choice. Overall Hotel Palace Inn is a good hotel to stay near to Agartala airport with a convenient location to the city center with a moderate room tariff with good quality of services.

It is like a small improvised ms flat located in a densely populated area at Agartala and not a hotel at all. The management seems to be unprofessional. Housekeeping services was bad, the condition of toilet & bathroom were terrible, 24x7 water supply was not available.
