The hotel delivers on all it promises. We stayed on 3rd floor. Room size was adequate, bed linen was clean and bathroom fittings were high end and well maintained. Hot water availabilty in the shower 24X7 was great. Staff are helpful. We got car parking inside the hotel premises itself. The restaurant in ground floor was good. We had booked through agoda and got a deal of Rs 3700 for a night. Righr now, the road outside the hotel is blocked on both sides for some repairs elsewhere and you have to enter the wrong side of the road to access the hotel.

Our whole experience at Oxina Lygon, Trichy was very pleasant from the start to finish. Suresh at Reception gave excellent service to us and addressed what little issues we raised promptly. The boys in dinning room made us feel welcome and served our meals with a smile. The breakfast variety was sufficient and itasty. Even the bell boy handled our luggage with care and efficient. All in all we are happy with our stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel in a posh place in Trichy. Lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms were good, well stocked, clean and comfortable, staff are cooperative, a bit tight parking but they have valet assistance. Srirangam and Uchi Pillayar temple are nearby.

Room lights not working, when informed no action was taken. Ordered Apple juice and waited for more than 1 hour, but nothing was supplied. When asked restaurant again on my order they forgot my order completely.

Location: Hotel is situated at a very good location with access to transportation & options for food & shopping nearby. The parking is small & inadequate when there was a party in one of their halls. The security staff was considerate & managed the available parking. Room: We had taken two rooms, the rooms are compact & don't have any specific view but more a government building view. The room is not spacious & looks more apt for a business stay. The bed was ok & bathrooms clean. Food: The complimentary breakfast was limited in options. They have tried to keep options but could have been better for the price. Service: The staff tried to support as much feasible & appreciate their efforts. Overall: This is a good business hotel but given an option i will prefer to try out other hotels in the area.
