Its prostitutes house, they don't give new sheets unless you paid 80$ The maid forget to clean the room That's the worst experience hotel I ever live. Plus the house keeper still make false accusations. They prioritize prostitutes before hard worker.

No customer service, false advertising on rooms

I booked a suite with kitchenette ground floor. I was put on second floor and kitchenette had none of the items as advertised. I had to call from outside reservation line to get front desk to answer me. I then Attempted 3 times to contact hotel over the course of my trip to resolve the missing items and address the false advertising of items in my room and to date have recieved no response other than “ those things should be in the room “. If they were I would not have contacted you multiple times. Extremely frustrating as I booked the room specifically for the kitchenette This hotel is completely lacking in customer service and even now I’m still waiting for any type of response If you are booking the kitchenette- don’t - nothing listed in the booking is in the room. Very disappointed.

This is not a hotel but more like a motel. Management is hard to reach. We wanted to cancel our reservation and even though we were in cancellation period according to expedia, they didn’t refund our money saying hotel reserves its cancelation rights.

Booked a room with a kitchenette, they gave a room without a kitchenette and without smart TV (for kids entertainment). Said talk to Agoda where you booked your ticket from. Room/washroom clean enough. Sheets/Blanket clean. Complementary coffee bad. Hangers from closet missing. Very expensive for their offering.

The worst experience ever. it was not a hotel. it was a prostitution house. We could not sleep at all and left the hotel in the morning, although we booked for two nights but there was no way to stay one more night . In room above us in the second floor every 10 to 15 minutes new guy was coming to have sex with a prostitute. They were making so much noise and I was so embarrassed in front of my family. I went to the front desk two times at 1:am and 2:am and complained. Finally the security guard came with a huge dog and kicked them out at 5:am. In the morning I explained everything to the hotel manager and I told her we are not going to stay anymore. She said we will give you a full refund but they did not. I am asking you to remove their hotel from the your website to prevent more damage to your website.
