Service is good lemon tree all good excellent work and service Sunil and Mony very fast service to all staff I like it lemon tree so much funand entertain and cooking by Mr.sabir wonderful cooking at night..

Worst Hotel. Buses keep honking whole night, staff is rude, cockroaches on the beds, and Electricity Goes every 2-3hrs, In some rooms Ac isn't working, in some fans. Try ruby Hotel just beside this hotel.

I stayed here for one day and I must say that here there is excellent value for money. Everything was so good and fine that it looked very well.I was very much satisfied with the service I got and I would like to stay here again.

Very bad experience. Not worth the price quoted by hotel. They don't provide any amenities. They don't have lift. No proper car parking space. Nothing complimentary, even you have to buy water if you want to drink mineral water. As shift changes staff behaviour also change. Night staff have no knowledge about their hotel and they are kind of rude. Hotel room we booked was Executive but their is no difference between Executive room and Deluxe room. Rooms have no ventilation except AC. Leaky taps in toilet. Wet towels, we asked to replace again they provided wet towels. Not sure about why they charge so much. Location of Hotel is in front of Bus stand and walking distance from railway station but its too congested and noisy. The hotel staff are not clear about what all they need before check in. I checked in at 1 PM and when i came back at 10 pm to go to room they were asking for my marriage certificate as prove of marriage. Very rude staff.

I have been to aligarh couple of times, one of my friend recommend this hotel for stay in Aligarh. I booked this hotel directly through its website. The Premium room that I booked was very nicely clean and maintained. I compared the price with other hotels also but I found the price of this hotel cheap and good. As per the location this hotel is best among other hotels in Aligarh. Located in the heart of city
