I visited Chandigarh in the month of February without prior reservation. Walking inside Metro 35 Hotel , Sector 35 -Chandigarh, immediately indicated personalised attention had been given to all aspects of hospitality. Front desk staff was very courteous and professional. The rooms were found to be sanitised, extremely well maintained and very clean. Being in the prime sector is a big advantage. Most places of visit are nearby and one can enjoy an evening walk peacefully. Housekeeping was prompt and took extra initiative to make the stay comfortable. The new in house restaurant 'Curve' serves delicious food. In all, stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend the hotel to any one visiting Chandigarh. A big thank you to all at Metro 35.

After taking a confirmed booking from Expedia - on reaching the hotel we were denied a room as they had some internal issue with FAb hotels. No prior information from either the hotel nor expedia. Please avoid this hotel booking.

Hotel Metro is a neat and clean very small hotel at a very good location. Its price is also reasonable. Hotel staff is ok and room size is small but very well mentained. Good for a short stay. Hotel does not have lift but you will have various restaurants nearby. Hotel don't have its own parking.

Visited with family for dinner. Good food with satisfying experience. Only drawback which can be thought is the ambience which can be improved with light music or playing sports channel rather than Punjabi music around.

This hotel is location wise at one of the best locations & can be easily located, Food quality served is good, the staff is not too professional, room & service quality needs to be pulled up... Need to have a more professional approach towards customers !!
