Very unprofessional behaviour by hotel staff(the one who looked young)

Not worth a single star the employees(esp the one who is young) in the lobby are very unprofessional, rude and spoke inappropriatly . I believe it is crucial for hotel management to address such instances promptly and ensure that all employees adhere to a standard of professionalism and exceptional customer service.d

Very poor service no response from hotel staff no amenities. Water leakage in corridor. Bad behavior of hotel staff. Never going to stay there again. Only housekeeping was good on time. Apart from that there is nothing good here

When we checked in, no towels and no hot water. I had to call the reception for them. Horrible beds, and bathrooms. I will not stay here again. Although I planned to stay for three nights, I will check out tomorrow. How to reach Room Service, How to use Wifi, where to call - no instructions available in the room.

We were 4 members and we took 2 rooms. When I entered my room I found my TV not getting cable network. I told reception and one lady came and took photograph of the notification and went away. That's the end. In the second room where my kids were staying the aircon was not working to full capacity. The restaurant is a different story. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night was peaceful. The second night there was a marriage late in the night. There was lot of commotion outside my room. Some people even knocked my door late in the night. Basically the hotel is under staffed. Whenever they give rooms for marriage they should instruct them to go about their business silently.
