It's a business hotel....in the city....parking is an issue but they help you park your car around the premises...now coming to the main issue...the linen was filthy and smelly...it was an average stay...disappointing part was the linen...

It was a wonderful stay ..the staff was very warm and courteous.. every little need was looked after..they went out of their way to make our stay from good to memorable..I would like to mention few names here, apologies if missed any... Santosh Mandrekar, Manager - (Bhakti, Jay, Poonam, Pranab- Restaurant) - (Sanskruti, Anuja, Indrayani - Reception) - Jay deep, Housekeeping- Gaurav and Bobhate - Valet Strongly recommend this hotel for your visit to Alibaug...thank you!

The restaurant meals were excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel services were personalised and very good. The staff of the hotel were polite and agile. Reception was also very good. The ambiance of hotel was also very good. However, the room rental which I paid was on much higher side considering the hotel infrastructure. I had booked through Agoda using the link from Trip Advisor.

The hotel provides a good breakfast spread. But the displayed Thali packages and the items mentioned found not in place -when ordered during our stay on 8 December 2023. The front rooms of the hotel are spacious but the back side rooms were devoid of any outside view -due to sheds covering the view. Location-wise it is prominently located. The hotel should consider, proper lobby lighting (especially the first floor lighting observed insufficient.
