We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Lake Palace. The rooms were clean and well maintained with hot water for baths in the chilly weather. We were allotted internal rooms that didn't have a view of the lake. Parking was a bit of a challenge as access to the front of the hotel by car had been blocked. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The staff could be a little more welcoming. But overall a good experience

GREAT LOCATION OUTSTANDING STAFF Below Average food . High Noise level due to the reception located in between the rooms rooms are nice but with no Sunlight and ventilation Needs better maintenance

The hotel offers a comfortable stay, the menu is limited however food is good. Rajnikant is a well spoken and a proactive steward. He is the only staff who is swift in his actions rest reception is very slow. It took them 38 minutes to bring me two bottles of water. Saying that packaged drinking water is kept at top floor. The restaurant needs to be done up for better hygiene.

If you book through portal, they will not give you Lake facing rooms, inspite of your booking for the same. Instead they will sell your reserved room to any other person walking-in and paying more money. This is absolutely unprofessional behavior. If you protest, they will say to cancel the room and go away.
