Not a Pleasant stay at all went with my parents and kids , booked two rooms 501 & 504 . 501 was a total mess , taps leaking , toilet seat broken it appeared as if nobody cares, The exhaust fans in room 504 was not working , stayed for 2 days but no repairs taken. Shared the feedback at the reception counter but the person there seemed unaware of these things in his hotel. Lack of most basic things. My kids & parents fell ill after having dinner at the hotel restaurants , had to rush to nearby CHC for medication. Requested for a simplest khichdi meal as per medical advice was charged Rs 100 for one small bowl of khichdi. Certainly a troubling experience for me . Booked the hotel after reading the reviews here , but was in for a big shock. Conveyed to the hotel team that this has been my worst experience so far. Requested them to book a Taxi to Jammu on payment basis. Counter asked me to pay advance , i did immediately and in the mid way the AC of the Innova car stopped working leaving the entire exhausted and unwell family in afternoon to fend for our selves. Totally a bad experience.

Nice hotel, staff is cooprative, for helicopter it is very near. They have cab for visiting and Helipad. Nice food. It seems to be two star hotels. Room service is good. View is also good from my window. It is good for 1 or 2 days. Every taxi driver know this HOTEL and it is approachable from the market. I give 3 star for this

Not that much great experience in this hotel. Food service is not good, they take too much time to deliver anything. We stayed for 2 nights and they clean our room after making too many requests. They have not provided us pick and drop service from Railway station as expected. For two types, we have also faced water issue, water is not coming on taps and they said its due to rush. Dont recommend this hotel.

the hotel and the rooms are very neat & clean, the rooms are quite big in size and neat linens are provided. the breakfast in the restaurant was very tasty & soothing. the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for Yatra & Railway station drop. Location very near to the railway station very silent place. The management especially the GM Shri Bhupender Ji is a very cordial and nice person to help everyone in his capacity. the small shop adjacent to the hotel premises sells quite good stuff for ladies like Kurtis, shawls and other items prices were nice & reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Keep it up!!
