Good location and property - very badly maintained and Staff who has no experience or clue on how to manage. Stayed only for one night. The flush and intercom was not working. Flush got repaired and intercom never worked. Did not try the restaurant.

Stayed in the hotel for a family function for 2 nights ..the ambience is not as expected at all ..rooms are ok but not worth the money we paid for..room service takes ages to come ..overall it looks like the place needs a big makeover to charge so much from a customer

Except for the reception on the first day when we checked in, rest of our stay was miserable. Service was most undesirable. Car parking is major issue. Food quality is not that good but very expensive.

Clean comfortable place at a good price.Excellant staff , always willing to go an extra mile to make a memorable stay. Crockery and cutlery excellent quality . Chef willing to give his best .All in all do visit this hotel instead of any 5 star .limited menu for breakfast the only shortcoming

It is a class hotel situated at the entry to Kochi Corporation from the east side of kerala, ideally situated and well maintained sufficiently spaced medium level hotel to stay with almost all comforts. Restaurant attached to it is very cordial and polite and supply very nice foods. Calm and quiet place to stay
